Today has been amazing. And I mean, amazing.

And its not even over yet. All day was spent at the Beach Club by The City on the hotel zone. I know not much of that will make sense to you, so lets just say its a little resort on the beach. They have a pool and stairs leading right into the water. Oh yeah, and beds to relax on.

Chris and I are both a little burnt, but we loved every minute of today. We spent $800 at this place. Well, pesos. Roughly 80 bucks USD. And what did we get? One of the beds for the whole day. 2 big meals. 2 appetizer. 1 beer. 5 cocktails. Fluffy white towels all day long. And tip.

Yeah, it was heaven. And the water soooo warm. We loved it. Even if we couldn’t really swim in the ocean due to the red flag, which means too dangerous.

We took a trip across the street to a flea market. BAD IDEA. Neither of us are too good with bartering with people. We need to learn fast. We met this guy who introduced himself as, I kid you not, “Tony Bologna”. He then went on to show us the most ridiclous items, claim Chris looked just like his brother and was a “brother from another mother’, showed us more of the same thing claiming it was the best ever, hit random buttons on the calculator to come up with a total, told us he was soooo high because Mexicans smoke the good stuff (he then pointed to his eyes to show proof and explained thats why he talked so much, he was high). This guy was crazy. We ended up spending more then we should have on the 3 small items we bought. Which is how we got to the conclusion, we need to learn how to barter.

Oh, and once we bought this stuff, Tony Bolognia said he was going to take us to his brother who also sells cheap stuff. So we followed him through this flea market, getting yelled at by other people to buy their stuff, and he left us with a random guy who had the EXACT SAME STUFF in his store. So we quickly left, vowed to avoided flea markets, and went back to The Beach Club.

And enjoyed more bliss. =D

We both have really enjoyed this day. And now we are gonna head to the hottub and then find some dinner.
